The dust collector has a capacity of 1.32 million. M3/h, the entire iron ditch, slag ditch, and swinging chute are fully enclosed, and the soot treatment is relatively thorough. The 1~4# blast furnace front-end tapping site is also equipped with an electric precipitator, respectively 190m2, 165m2, 175m2, 190m2. Since the initial consideration is only for the dust collection at the iron mouth and the iron can, the design and treatment of the smoke The gas volume is too small, and after the transformation, some of the main ditch, sand mouth, and branch ditch (with the gap left in the pull gate) have the gutter cover sealed. The trapping system has fewer fixed points, which results in insufficient design of total air volume, resulting in a small selection of pre-furnace precipitators, which has caused difficulties and further blamed the dust for further treatment of the iron field. Due to the limitation of the production conditions of the process, it cannot be completely cured. Not only some of the soot is discharged from the cast iron field, but under certain conditions, the phenomenon of excessive discharge of the precipitator appears. This year, people realized the importance of the environment. In the long run, based on the principle of cleaner production, the fundamental solution to the dust collection in the iron field is the adoption of a clean production process, which fundamentally reduces the source of dust. The modified overhaul of 1#2# blast furnace dust remover of WISCO Ironmaking Plant was designed and installed, that is, the design and installation of 19000m2 bag filter for WISCO iron and steel dedusting.
