   First, the project overview:
 
   The new 1# blast furnace of Nanchang Changli Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has been put into production for nearly one year. The raw material transfer line for its supply is arranged along the ring road. The sinter and pellets produce a large amount of dust during the transportation process, seriously polluting the site and surrounding areas. The environment affects the company's image.
 
   In order to eliminate pollution and improve the relationship with the surrounding residents, Changli Company is preparing to add a dust removal facility near the second-burning finished product warehouse to control the dust generated by the second-fired finished product warehouse and the 3# transfer station.
 
   Working condition: system air volume 120000m3h
 
   Flue gas temperature ≤120°C
 
   Dust properties Sintered or pellet dust
 
   Second, technical characteristics:
 
   Dust collection on the finished product warehouse: mobile dust removal device.
 
   The mobile dust removing device includes a mobile dust removing vent device and a π-type belt sealing device.
 
   The unloading trolley is unloaded to the silo by the unloading trolley, which belongs to the paroxysm moving dust source. The mobile dust removing device can solve the dust pollution control problem of unloading at a fixed point along the linear motion, and can be controlled without valve switching. The paroxysmal moving dust source breaks the traditional dust removal method.
